This website is owned and operated by EDUKOS Online Institute (hereinafter “we,” “our,” or “us”). Our services include wellness retreats (online and offline), workshops, coaching, and related activities. Our shop offers wellness products such as aroma inhalers, vitamin patches, essential oil blends, and other wellbeing-related items.
2. Use of the website
The content on this website is provided for information, booking, and purchasing purposes only.
Visitors must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to use the site.
We reserve the right to modify, update, or remove content at any time without prior notice.
3. Services
Retreats, workshops, and coaching sessions must be booked in advance.
Cancellations and refunds are subject to our Refund Policy (see separate page).
We reserve the right to modify the content of a retreat or workshop if necessary (e.g. due to instructor availability or technical issues).
4. Products
All product descriptions and prices are provided in euros and include VAT where applicable.
We strive for accuracy, but slight variations in product packaging, color, or aroma may occur.
Products are for personal use only and not for resale without prior written permission.
5. Payments
Payments for services and products can be made via the payment methods provided at checkout.
Full payment must be received before services are delivered or products are shipped.
We reserve the right to cancel any order if payment is not completed.
6. Shipping & delivery
Orders are shipped from Finland. Delivery times may vary depending on destination.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details. We are not liable for delays or losses caused by incorrect addresses.

7. Returns & refunds
For products: Customers have the right to return unused, unopened items within 14 days of receipt in accordance with Finnish consumer protection law (see our Refund Policy)
For services: Refunds depend on the time of cancellation (see our Refund Policy).
Personalized or perishable items cannot be returned.
8. Health disclaimer
Our services and products are designed to support general wellbeing. They are not medical treatments and should not be used as a substitute for professional healthcare.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that participation in activities (e.g. yoga, breathing exercises) is safe for them. Please consult a doctor if you have health concerns.
