Refund & Cancellation Policy
Products (Wellness Shop)
In accordance with EU consumer protection law, customers have the right to return products within 14 days of delivery.
Products must be unused, unopened, and in resalable condition.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
If the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping cost.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned items have been received and inspected.
Services (Corporate & Private Wellness Services)
Cancellations by the Customer
Up to 14 days before the event: 100% refund.
7–13 days before the event: 50% refund.
Less than 7 days before the event: No refund.
Cancellations by HAVU & SYLI Wellness
If we are forced to cancel a service (e.g. illness, force majeure), you may choose between:
- Full refund, or
- Rescheduling the service at a later agreed date.

Please include your order number (for products) or booking details (for services) in your message.
Exceptions
Digital products (e.g. online courses, downloadable materials) are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.
Customized services (e.g. tailored retreats or programs) may follow separate terms, which will be agreed in advance.
